SCAM/FRAUDULENT BILLING STATEMENTS

EXCALIBRE UNDER THE DIRECTION OF Ms Walter for 5 years sent me deceptive billing statement and denying my dues and adding other owners balance to my billing statements... this is mail fraud.
They did this during and after the trail and before, .. she continued to take my property and I owed zero to this HOA.
CROOKED ATTORNEY THOMAS JACOBSON, AND EDWARD HESS, JR. ALONG WITH MARK JOLSTEAD, .cook up this scam.
Everyone file a complaint with POSTAL INSPECTORS also and the FBI, FTC... this has to stop. I am a senior on a fix income and they took everything I had.
