The Jacobsons owe numerous people and organizations large sums of money. They employ the classic ponzi scheme tactic; Using funds owed to trade professionals to line their own pockets. Leaving a trail of destruction to those who employ them. The prevailing thought is Jeff is to stupid to pull this off on his own, the greed of Nichole is what fuels their deceptive ways. Avoid in any dealings that involve an honest exchange of funds with Nichole or Jeff Jacobson. They will lie to your face, while stealing money from your pocket. They have no regard for anything or anyone but themselves.
My firm has never been paid for services rendererd. I'm owed over 50k. I know of three homeowners who also are owed large sums.
Anyone considering a transaction with Nichole Jacobson or Jeff Jacobson would be wise to speak to anyone close to them and definitely run a credit report. The only way to stop these people to expose them. Everything is true, I challenge Nichole to dispute any of this. Zip it and pay me my money.
