Marabella Homeowners Association - ripoff

Excalibre Mangement, Mentone, California claims to have never received a check #2204 paid Nov. 4. On December 5, we hand-delivered a check #2221 for payment. On December 15, we hand-delivered another check #2225 for December dues. Discovered on December 16, that they refused to cash check #2221 and returned it to me by mail. It appears that Excalibre has filed a fraudulent assessment, citing that December payments were not received (when in fact the attempt was made to pay the dues), and it appers that Excalibre is attempting to fraudulently foreclose on my home (Steal It).

On the November 4, check 2204 that they claim to have never received, I stopped payment and then reissued that check as #2226 and mailed it by certified mail December 16. Excalibre still refuses to accept the payments to bring the account current. On most recent payment of December 15 check #2225, they failed to acknowledge the payment, which was hand-delivered, and then assessed a late fee and they fraudulently charged interest on the unpaid dues * (which they refused to accept). Being that there is over 100,000 equity in my home, the situation suggests that Excalibre Management and other parties are attempting, through shady tactics, to steal my home. Received a notice on December 16, that Excalibre has referred the matter to Coast Assessment (Garden Grove, CA), who is the agent for Excalibre, and Coast is the party that will attempt to foreclose. My next step to try to correct thios problem is to have my bank send a certified check directly to Coast. If coast fails to acknowledge this payment, I will need an attorney.in the interim, I am filing a fraud complaint with the local Sheriff's department.
