Illegal Business Practices

My son lived at the marquee in orlando while at UCF and witnessed a series of crimes. After the third incident I moved him out of the complex. The incidents were well documented and marquee agreed that he could move out two months early without and his deposit would be returned. Not only was the deposit never returned but this bogus collection company is still trying to collect for the two months. When we call they rarely return calls and when we finally are able to reach the one employee he is rude and unwilling to listen to the situation. Two years later and we are still nowhere.
