Letters Demanding Payment of Debt We Did Not Owe

We received three letters signed by John Shaughnessy in three consecutive months from this company, asking us to pay the money for the claim with Liberty Mutual Insurance. We called the phone number 800-443-8338 (provided in the mail) and talked to that guy. He was so rude and did not want to hear us, but kept asking when and how we would pay the debt we did not owe. We informed Liberty Mutual Insurance and asked them to investigate that fake debt collector.
