Scammed into paying up to $13900

Scam, Fake

I was led to believe that PTI was a legitimate patent company from 2001 to 2005 were they had me pay first for a patent portfolio on my idea $900 then they said they were in Milan Italy, Soul and many other places attempting to find manufacturing companies that had interest and that had run me $13000. To then find out by mail that they went bankrupt and I was only awarded back $500. Which I never did recieve.
