Myheritage refuse to give my money back

I tried to cancel my membership after the 14 day Free Trial period. I subscribed Feb. 22nd, emailed to cancel on March 04th. I also deleted my account on their site. My credit card was billed anyway. I can't reach anyone on the phone and my emails have been unanswered. It is impossible to get in touch or a response from "Customer Service".
