I worked for a company that paid Park Lane / Rain Maker Securities of CA, IL $100,000 while they were suspended by FINRA from selling any securities. Andrew Kline and Jamie Shorthill of Park Lane and Glenn Anderson of Rain Maker took the money and lied to a small business about raising funds. They operate out of a 300 sq ft boiler room at 2029 Century Park East, Floor 4.

Park Lane CA charged the company $100,000 to raise capital. Park Lane securities was licensed via Rain Maker IL while suspended during the contractual raise, without disclosure. Contact FINRA before giving this company a dollar. The SEC is reported to be investigating.
