Do not use to exchange virtual money, it's a scam

I wanted to exchange virtual money, from neteller.com to my bank account and I used this website which was advertised on Google searches, but they stole my money. After I sent the money, the order was still in pending status and when I chatted with a rep, he asked for more money. I asked for a refund and it'll take SEVEN days! I also asked for a confirmation email that the refund is in progress and I'm still waiting for it. So, I reported it to Google and consumeraffairs.com
