NetFlix
There is no such thing as a FREE TRIAL

Recreation & Entertainment

I signed up for what NetFlix advertises as a FREE TRIAL, my vredit card was charged 3 times within the first 24 hours.
I received a email confirmation from them indicating a different name and email address from my own, the only thing in common was the last name.
I immediately called Netflix and spoke to a woman named Courtney, she told me that since some one with the same last name had a account within the last year I was not eligible for a free triall, and they charged the card multiple times to make sure they covered any charges this other person had incurred.
I asked if she had a supervisor I could speak with, she told me no. I told her I would protest the charges with the bank and she wished me the "best of luck".
I asked her if they cared about honesty or a reputation and she told me the public is stupid and not smart enough to scheck out their reputation.
The next email I received was a notification that there is a "class action lawsuit" against netflix.
Apparently not everyone is as stupid as Courtney thinks.
