I accepted a free trial of netflix for one month. Didn't care for it so did not apply for the service. One year later found in my bank account a monthly fee was being deducted for a monthly subscription of netflix! What?! Immediately called netflix and they told me that it was essentially in the fine print, and that I was S.O.L. Even though I had not used the service and was not aware of the fact that I was subscribed for it. That sums it up. I ended up spending almost $300 on a service that I was not even aware I was getting. Bait and switch?
