Tickets In Time
Date of show changed by 6 weeks. Wouldn't refund money. Supervisor tried to intimidate wife and insulted me multiple times

These people are a bunch of SCUMBAGS, who refused us a refund when an event we had purchased tickets for had been cancelled, then rescheduled 6 weeks later (when would be out of town).
We had bought Mary Poppins tickets for our daughters for X-Mas through this ticket broker. The play was schedule for early May and we had Sunday matinee seats. Last week my wife, by chance, heard on the radio about the play, but for dates in late June. When she contacted these people, they told her that don't give refunds unless events are cancelled, and they then tried to offer us Thursday evening tickets for the new show. We informed them that we would be out of town and needed a refund. They put on a twerpy supervisor named DJ who tried to intimidate her and told her that a date change wasn't a cancellation and that it was our problem if we couldn't use the tickets. I then got on the phone to dispute it;he asked me if I was "challenging him" (which I was), he proceeded to tell me I was uneducated (me and wife have MBA's from top 10 school's), and didn't know anything about agreements or contracts. (though I help negotiate multi-million dollar contracts regularly). When I threw few F-bombs at him, he said he was a christian man and I was insulting him.
Needless to say, our credit card company took our dispute, credited us the full $258 and is handling it from here. For this company, they are bunch of scumbags who obviously have no idea about customer relations. I would advise NOT to use this company under any circumstances, but of you do, keep all records and use a credit card that handles dispute well.
