Scam! Bait and switch on tickets - Concert tickets

We purchased 4 PIT tickets to P! Nk in Chicago on March 9th back in September for almost $1,400.00 Two days before the concert we called because they still had not sent us our tickets. Customer service then told us they did not have our tickets and they replaced them with tickets IN THE BACK OF THE ARENA! They refused to refund us a penny so we paid top dollar for terrible seats. We took our complaint all the way to the owner, who informed us "We should be lucky he was getting us any tickets". Would NEVER EVER use them to purchase any tickets again. Major scam.
