Ripoff, withdrew funds without prior knowledge, poor service, liars, fraud

In may I rented 3 movies which had extended viewing fees totaling $14.95. I also had rented a game that I had to return 3 times because they did not work. The manager told me that he would take off the 14.95 because of the inconvienence we had with the games. I just received word that they charged my credit card and caused a large amount of fees to be charged to my bank account because of fees they said they removed.

I guess I should have learned my lesson. I used to be a gold member at hollywood video but they would always overcharge me. I was told that this would never happen at THIS location. LOL, I'm sorry, I guess I was just a SUCKER!

Beware!!! Don't get suckered into renting anything from blockbuster. They are a huge rip off, taking all they can, suckering you into extended viewing fees. Go to Hollywood video instead, they give you 5 days and never have done any ripoff business practices like blockbuster.
