To the complaints on blockbuster, let me ask the supporters who work for the agency this. Is it right for blockbuster to charge the amount of a video to your debit card, when you just rented the video/game two days prior? Should there be justice to myself for them doing this? What right does blockbuster have to charge the $1.00 insurance for games to customers and then deny the customer goods and services if they choose not to pay? How long will blockbuster stay in business like this? Even the largest corporations have crumbled and seeings how I have proof of the numerous settlements blockbuster has endured since 2005 for the same reasons, we ask ourselves the questions, who determines the rights of the consumers?
