Unfair with customers

I've been a person of Blockbuster.com for just two years now.

I have the maximum consideration of 8 out at the same time for $39.99 per month.

In December somebody jacked my card (exactly the same I take advantage of at Blockbuster.com) and exposed a brand new account at Blockbuster.com. And so I had been billed $39.99 and 19.99 per month.
