Blockbuster on line buy customers from a very shady telemarketer the Elephant Group. The Elephant Group are also known as E-club Marketing Inc. And Satellitesales.com.
When customers sign up for Dish Network their credit card number and personal info is sold to Blockbuster on line. Blockbuster on line buys stolen credit card numbers that were taken by fraud. So the Dish Network customers than see charges for Blockbuster on line that they never authorized or know anything about.
Blockbuster is involved with this stealing and fraud to make money off the stolen credit card numbers. If it happens to you only thinng to do is cancel the account they are fraudulently charging, THEY WILL NOT CANCEL even if they say they will.
