Xperience days RIP OFF & RUDEST ever customer service

This can be a RIP-OFF and customer support may be the RUDEST actually!

We'd requested a trip training in Morristown, NJ for the wedding wedding.

Firstly, we invested about one hour 5 on the floor in the place of the half an hour planned, which currently set us behind schedule (because we've an infant who had been having a sitter, we were on the restricted timetable)

The airplane we got seemed truly aged and worn-out. First, we're able to begin to see the rubber textures about the doorway ripping down and also the pilot somewhat glossed over it stating its a cosmetic deficiency. Then your microphones about the airplane (which appeared as if anything out-of world-war two) didn't function therefore we can hardly notice one another and needed to shout on top of our comments. To top it down, the seatbelts were truly free and aged and that I couldn't actually tighten them correctly.

Then after we ultimately became popular, within five minutes to be flying, there is an issue using the airplane and we'd to complete an emergency landing. We'd our minds within our jaws whilst the plane wobbled to some landing.

We were agreed to be studied thru everything again in another airplane with another teacher if we waited one hour or two, but which was difficult since our sitter was readily available for a restricted period. We'd no option but to reschedule it to 14 days later.

After I returned house, I published to xperience times to request a reimbursement plus they simply dismissed the e-mail. A couple of days later, I named them-and requested to get a reimbursement that they declined. Subsequently fourteen days later, we'd to again reschedule the xperience because of rainfall. Again I named them, but customer support was rude and arrogant this time around and declined any reimbursement again.

It was said to be an event for the wedding and unfortunately, however the encounter destroyed your day.
