I purchased my boy a 200.00 dollar airplane. Our first-order with this particular organization. We obtain airplane plus one of the wings wont lock in position for traveling. We contact cust ser though it does state on site there absurd return policy I still purchase the airplane cuz my boy loved it. Well they inform me to consider photos of airplane before I will return airplane purchase return airplane should be examined blah blah. Today I've a youngster having a broken heart. Terrible customer support. Dont do buss together!
