Terms & Conditions condition must have 7-day cool down time. On 2nd time of airplane coming I e mailed Distant Area to request results authorisation signal as airplane was too large (not defective). No response. Another email delivered by me following day, likewise requesting if they had a contact telephone number. No response. I subsequently delivered another email informing them I'd deliver them a notice seeking this by authorized article, because they wouldn't reply my emails, that we did. Following day they sent mean email requesting exactly what the character of the issue was. I emailed right back stating there is not a problem, as previously mentioned in prior emails. The airplane was simply too large. Again, no response. 2 nights later I subsequently delivered another email saying I'd no option but to deliver the airplane back with no authorisation signal as noone might give me one. I sent it back. Nevertheless, it was today within the 7-day returns day. I delivered the airplane back by authorized article having a notice worrying that no one might deliver mean authorisation code. Somebody closed for that bundle but to date I've had no communication in the organization with no reimbursement of cash. Clearly, the airplane was delivered after seven days but just how can you return a product if no one may deliver you an authorisation signal within that point and WOn't keep in touch with you?
