Air Tran
Horrible Airline, not helpful at desk

I have been touring all around the globe because I was a little child and I never had this type of poor encounter with airlines until a few months before when I flew Air Tran.

Our trip was planned to depart at 2:45 P.M. For Atlanta, and preventing for 1-hour before making to Columbus, OH. The folks operating in the entrance created us board the airplane as planned simply to reveal once within the plane the trip have been postponed for just two hours because of poor weather. Clear. They created us log off the airplane and delay about the entrance. Once 2 hours handed they created us panel AGAIN simply to reveal 40 minutes later-after waiting within the airplane that there is a physical issue using the airplane plus they didn't understand once they were likely to abandon. They created us abandon the airplane ONCE AGAIN and at this time everybody was furious and creating a point to consult with the flight reps in the entrance.

When I got towards the table (45 minutes later) they explained that there have been no further routes to Columbus from Atlanta and that I would need to abandon the next evening each morning. They made me shed one day from function, declined to provide me a partial reimbursement or purchase a resort since I have reside in Ohio and had no approach to take back and didn't actually I would like to protest towards the boss.

Worst airline actually!
