I'd arranged per week extended journey with my sweetheart. It had been to Italy for the wedding. On our method to Portugal our airplane gets some physical problems and we'd to prevent at another airport till it had been set. We'd to skip our first evening in Portugal as a result of this.

I'd named Expedia while awaiting our airplane to tell them our scenario which I'd just like a reimbursement since it wasn’t our problem we didn’t make it happen over time! And so I was informed that anything could be looked after. They lied!

We'd an incredible journey and that I thought I'd be worried about all that after I returned towards the Claims. Because our journey I've been looking to get touching Customer Support to determine what happened. I often obtain the run-around when requested to consult with a boss everybody knows just how to assist you to. Another rest

I finally reach a boss that seems legitimate and that I was guaranteed a return. Well it's now been 4 weeks since our journey and that I still have yet to possess that reimbursement in my own banking account! I don’t know how a business such as this could be so reckless. I've usually utilized Expedia due to their bargains and also the support I’ve obtained. Well I'll no further use Expedia again due to all of this. All I'd like is just a easy reimbursement since conditions were out-of my handle.
