Victor fired for doing my jo

Ok i worked there for 7 mons. Im am the only white guy on 2nd shift. I never took a day of always asked for over time, but the 1st shift drive always got it because he is the boss family. He takes days off, never does his work and leaves me to clean up after him the boss is black, and he is black... So i got layed off because they said my service was no longer needed because of the boss man (Victor) and his family on first shift. Why did i lose my job? Because im white. Thats why. I quit another job just to go to work for them and this is how they treat me
