Poor and Rude UnProfessional Customer Service

On 13th March I tried to subscribe to the website shakinit.com. My payment was approved, but my membership/access to the site was blocked. When I reported to the web site for a refund, I received poor, insulting comments from the web master or admin of shakinit when I requested a refund. I responded back to the web host with several emails that went back and forth between the two.instead of just stating that I would receive the refund, this individual got personal and very became insulting and began to harass me with his comments
