Being charged for something that was to be FREE!

This company deceivingly asked for money at a website that was to provide FREE downloads. When I went to download a window popped up asking for $4.87 to do the download and they would send you a link to the download. I gave my information, not knowing they had nothing what so ever to do with the website I was at! I NEVER got an Email with the weblink to the download! This $4.87 WAS TO BE A 3 DAY TRIAL FOR SOMETHING.

After day two, I went back to the website, sent an Email told them to FORGET the download, and to refund my $4.87 and cancel whatever it was I was signed up for. Several days later I got and Email saying that they had NO IDEA who charged what, and that their website was 100% free!!! I have been charged $40.52 two different times since 12/22 and I have made countless attempts to contact Assitbill at 8777.532.1636, to NO AVAIL!!!

I find it ironic that on the work week, when I have attempted to call this number I have received a recording saying that it is temporarily unavailable!!! I have contacted my bank and for whatever reason I can't seem to stop these charges that I did not want, attempted to STOP/CANCEL and this is FALSE sales on their behalf & wrong in everyway imaginable according the the link above! I also find it odd that this company cannot be found on a websearch so as to contact a human & stop this service whatever it is that I AM NOT GETTING NOR DID I WANT!!!

Also the charge advertised of $487 was ran $4.96, & the $40.52 was advertised at $39. Something!??? So they are running quite the scam and getting away with it apparently!!!
