Package Delivery Missed Repeatedly, Saturday Delivery Refused

I ordered a package from Apple, and they were shipping it by FedEx. It was supposed to be delivered on the 15th, and we were home waiting, but they never showed up like the FedEx driver had said. The next day they showed up, but no one was home, and they said it was the second attempt. They said they do not deliver packages on Saturday, but they delivered my uncle's.

Then they said they would deliver it Monday but never showed up, and never showed up, and now I am waiting again for this package. This is ridiculous. I will never use their service again.
