Happy Netflix Customer for Years

Our family signed up with Netflix within a few months of its inception. We have always been pleased with the service. The service has grown in terms of faster delivery and selection (now offering streaming video). Once in a while we receive an unplayable disc, but even thats no problem since its easy to report and get a replacement.in the beginning we needed to call customer service because our carrier wasn't delivering like they should. There was no wait time and they were friendly. Haven't ever had a cause to call them since. We did try two other home rental services and were extremely disappointed by the selection and delivery time. Im convinced that Netflix is the best in this area and will continue to use their service.
