Here is my letter to the owner:

Fyi... The driver drove in circles alot. We, basically, only went to one club "The Mist". No one in my party really feels like they got there money's worth. He never took us to the hotel club or E4 like you mentioned. He just drove around the hotel in circles for about 30 minutes. Not to mention, we couldn't get into Graham Central without paying. Very disappointing. He drove slow and in circles a lot. We wasted a lot of time on the road. I ignored the bad reviews I read online, but since I spoke with you personally I felt assured that we were going to the clubs that you had mentioned. Fortunately, the pictures i took look more eventful than the night itself.

P.S.
The driver drove pretty fast when it came time to drive us home. I apologize for this, but I cannot refer your company. The bus was dirty, the hostess looked old, and everything lacked quality and promise.
