I just cancelled my netflix account because they were billing me twice a month for unlimited streaming. This had been going on since October of last year and they couldn't explain how my old account was reopened and linked to my new account. When I asked for a refund or some sort of credit for being double bill, customer service told me it's not their policy to get refunds because netflix is a pre-pay service and the product had been used. N
