Not delivered goods ordered LONDON

I ordered 5 dvd's on the 21st july and paid for them, the delivery time is stated at 4-9 days, the items have still not been recieved and i have sent 4 e-mails giving various excuses, the last one being postal problems! Which it turns out is an excuse used before with other customers.

Is there nothing that can be done about this sort of theft as i may just have well sent them a cheque and said 'happy birthday' as i feel i will never see the items i ordered and this is a disgusting way to run a business if thats what it is? I actually believe it is no more than a scam to get money off someone with no way of getting it back! BEWARE ALL WHO SEE THIS SITE.
