On March 24, I ordered a halogen oven from tvdeals for which payment of 44.99 was taken from my account.

I still have not received the goods.

After 10 days passed, I emailed them a query, they replied to say that they had problems with shippers.

I have since sent them a further 2 e-mails for which I had no reply, I then sent them a recorded delivery letter, but I still haven't heard from them.

No communication, but they are still on the internet.
