UPS Horrible Service

I order two items on February 6 and paid for overnight delivery due to the fact that I was going out of town and I really needed the two items that I had purchased. Six days had went passed and I still had not received my items. Never gotten the items before leaving to go out of town. I have contacted UPS several times and still have not received any answers as of yet.

Today is the 18th of February and I still have not received my items as of yet. I have contacted the company that I have ordered from and they stated that UPS has the items but have not delivered them as of yet and they have to wait ten business days to do a tracer.

I work two minutes away from the Landover location and I was willing to pick the items up but I still gotten no answer from UPS. Every time I call they just tell me that they will have someone call me back in an hour and no one had contacted me as of yet.
