Misrepresenting their service and the price for said service Greenwood Village CO

On March 25 I was promised a promotional package deal with Direct TV. I accepted this with the understanding that I was getting The Ultimate HD package consisting of over 200 chanels. At a cost of $72.91 per month for the first 12 months and after that it was to increase to $82.91. I have made numerous phone calls to the Company. I have writtten two or more letters. My main complaint was that I was being charged more than I agreed to. Finally, while I am home convalesiing from opern heart surgery my wife called about the bill being $97.00 they told her that they would give us a lesser plan called The Choice Plan and that way reduse the dollar amount to approximately what I was planning to pay. I did not get what I was promised. I sent their equipmment back to them. I notified them that I was cancelling the service July 29. They are now charging me $424.28 for early termination of the agreement. They did not live up to the agreement to start with and that is why I cancelled the service.
