Scenic Rout Pictures SCAMED our company out of $43,000.00 and is still stealing from us.in 2003 my associate was referred to this company by TVSCO out of Florida. He met the principles Scott and Rebbie in Burbank California along with other Globie associates. We agreed to contract their company to produce a TV pilot that was promised to go to France with their TVSCO friends for a several million dollar deal. Yea Right!

$44,000.00 has been paid, two thirds of the total $67,000.00 contract. The day we arrived at the taping site we were met with rancor and discord. We had a crew there to help but were ignored and isolated from any input for our money yet it was our project. Our 85 year female family member was treated cruel and was very upset at the owners. Very disheartening!

We were further isolated from all post production operations and to this day we have NOT received a finished product or our money back. Before we could file a suit, they filed for an Arbitration hearing. Our attorney Christopher D. Curzon of Omaha, NE. Prepared the papers and directed us that we did NOT have to be at the hearing! It turns out that his direction was totally wrong. Our side of the story was not entered into record or heard so we lost the Arbitration.

We ended up losing over $43,000.00, recieved a judgment for the $23,000.00 not paid due to their breach of contact, we have NO product and the crooks filed a copyright on the work that they did along with our name for the show, The Adventures of Globie. We dont understand how it passed the copyright office. We own the names of all of our characters and co wrote the script using our name The Adventures of Globie.

The production of the show was a scam, taking the show to France was a scam. Our hopes were taken advantage of and our losses are great.
