Netflix, broken programming

I was really excited that season 5 of fringe had come out on instant streaming. I watched 4 episodes and then, all of season 5 disappeared. I am also so tired of waiting for new releases to come out, just to be diappointed that most of them are Indian or Oriental crap that I do not want. It also seems like you have new releases that have been in that catagory for well over a year.
