I just cancelled Netflix after being a member for many years. They don't care about customers just advertisers. Now when watching online big banner advertisements are at top of screen, cutting off the bottom of the video and the ability to check other seasons and episodes to boot. Who wants those big banner advertisements starring in the face while watching a show. I watch acornonline.com now.
