Refrigerator Compressor Delayed and Four Days Without Fridge

This is the 4th day without our refrigerator. Why is Sears Home Services at war with their customers. They do not care if a product gets fixed or not. Repairman came Monday. Finally. The compressor is bad so instead of ordering a new refrigerator they ordered a compressor. It was supposed to be here Tues. Sept 27 in the afternoon. It is now Wed. Sept. 28 at 10:30 AM and it is still not here. I was told at 9:05am that it would be here in an hour. AND the person I was "talking" to hung up on me. I am sooo frustrated with Sears right now. Your service is horrible, your people are like talking to a limp washrag. The DON'T CARE!!!
I will be calling again and from there I will continue to make calls. Very unprofessional...
