Wanted to exchange my pare of gloves. Returned mine and never received the replacement pair. After numerous calls and talking to an actual human I was told they'd been shipped. Four times they said the item had been shipped, a different way each time. Never got them. Just got the run-around. After a year, still no satisfaction.
