Horrible quality

I dont know where to even begin. We thought by hiring a big company as Empire we would be getting top notch quality service and flooring. We were 110% WRONG. It hasnt even been 2 weeks since they installed the tile and in its first rinse with water, the grout is coming off and a tile already lifted!!! I have new tenants moving in this week and I am hoping Empire fixes it by then. I will never recommend them! Prior to this, they left our apartment a mess, our bathroom was muddy and filthy! They left out front porch area all dusty and white! Horrible horrible horrible!
