I purchased Acer A200 tablet with 16GB memory from Rekuten.com advertised as a new item. When I received the package, I saw that they shipped a recertified item. I called customer service and asked for a replacement with a new item. They told me that the replacement will be the same as what they shipped. I said that it is not acceptable and reiterated my position to get the new item or comparable new Acer tablet. I am still awaiting the answer.
