Don't Receive The Wrong Item By Mistake For You Never Receive the Correct One - Cycling Gloves

On November 26 I ordered a pair of cycling gloves and two days later received a base layer under shirt. After a couple of calls to customer service I was able to convince them to send me a lable to send back the wrong item. I was told that they would speed my cycling gloves to me. After several more calls I would still told that they were coming.
I finally called on December 16th and asked to speak to a supervisor. He called me back stating that the reason I wasn't sent the gloves is that they are out of stock. I said this close to christmas and you tell me your out of stock and I was the one to call you to find this out? I guess if I didn't call them I would have waited till next christmas. He then offered me 20% off my next order. I said you are offering that on your website to anyone now so where's the prize?
Next time, if I ever do business with them, and I get the wrong item I hope it's priced higher than the item I orginally order and I'll sell it on ebay and buy the correct item somewhere else.
