Replacement windows nightmare

We had Sears do $12,000 of replacement windows on our house. First, they ordered and installed the wrong windows. Second time around, the downstairs windows done beautifully. Upstairs it looked like Edward Scissorhands did the install. So much damage was done to the walls and sills that a carpenter had to be sent in for repairs. I was told the upstairs installer was the son of the downstairs installer and he really wasn't traines. Whatever the salesman tells you is a lie - we were never able to contact him and the work was actually just outsourced. When we drove by to check on the work the "manager" was actually leaning on the hood of his truck making out with his girlfriend or whatever. The salesman will tell you the workers are handpicked and specially trained. Reality - non English speaking, Hispanci workers just like everywhere else. Mistake, huge mistake. I will never spend one penny at Sears, ever! And you shouldn't either. Scam!
