No Next Day Delivery for Lowes

I ordered a dryer online and according to the site, I was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours to schedule a delivery time. After 24 hours I did not receive a call, so I called Lowes myself. They gave me a delivery time that was 4 days from today! It was supposed to be delivered today, not 4 days from now! This is certainly not next day delivery! Very, very frustrated. I asked to speak with a manager who told me that they only have one delivery truck and are completely booked up. You should never, never, never give excuses like that to a customer, especially when they are expecting next day delivery. If I would have known it wouldn't have come on time, I wouldn't have ordered it from Lowes after all. The manager told me he would squeeze me in tomorrow for a delivery, but he couldn't give me a time because he had to squeeze me in. Well... I'm supposed to sit around all day long waiting for my dryer that was already supposed to be here!!! I will never buy anything from Lowes again.
