Missed Delivery/Too Busy Next Week

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes.com this past Wednesday, April 3rd with an estimated delivery date of today, April 6th. Shortly after making the purchase, I received a phone call from a woman from Lowes stating that she accidentally refunded my card for the price of the refrigerator rather than charging me for it and she needed my credit card number to put the order through again. (I am guessing the second time this order was placed that she did not include the original delivery date discussed) I was informed by the manager that this item IS in stock at the Lowes of Mt. Pocono store. I see you have advertised 1-3 day free delivery as well as Red Carpet Delivery for major appliances. After waiting at my house for hours for the delivery today, I called to check the status and was told that the delivery wasn't scheduled until April 21st. Over two weeks from today's date. I not only wasted several hours today waiting for my delivery that should have came but now I am told I have to wait over two weeks for it? I contacted the Lowe's store and was told the store manager would contact me, which he did. I was informed they are completely booked up this week and the earliest they can deliver my refrigerator is next Saturday, the 13th. Is this how customers are treated when their order is messed up due to no fault of their own? What happened to 1-3 day free shipping? Or Red Carpet delivery for major appliances? (Last time I checked, a refrigerator was a major appliance) I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and am contemplating just cancelling my order completely and finding a different vendor.
