Ripoff denied rebate check request

I purchased a dishwasher from lowes for $427 and used a 10% off coupon. This reduced the puchase price to a little over $380. I then paid for a $75 delivery fee only because they were running a special whereby delivery is free (rebate check) for items over $397.

When I purchased the dishwasher, the purchase price listed on the receipt is the discounted price, not the original price. As per lowes, I do not qualify for the $75 rebate. Lowes is unlike any store in that they list a discounted price on the receipt, and do not even indicate that a coupon was used!

I certainly would have delivered the dishwasher myself if I knew that I wouldn't get the rebate. At the time of purchase, I asked a manager at the store whether I would qualify for the rebate, and he responded with a yes. So I certainly fee ripped off.
