May-Rent restoration was posted, but never obtained from the home team (I've a duplicate). I had been informed that the fresh rent needed to be authorized for June. I had been placed on per month to month rent with an increase of my funds 75 bucks more. I approached the home team twice concerning the new rent. I had been informed they where awaiting the dog owner to react. I advised them When they might not maintain the lease at 800.00 (which was exactly what the rental contract was for), I'd need to leave. I also advised them that my pc was along plus they might contact me by email or telephone.

June-I delivered the home team my one month notice because of the proven fact that they never approached me about reviving the rent. The home team statements they never obtained it (I've my backup).

June 29-I slipped my lease check-off in the postoffice in downtown Decatur, the home team stated they didn’t receive it.

July 2nd-the home team published me a notice and delivered it post-marked fifth of July. September 5th-I had been in path to Philadelphia, my dad was hospitalized. I delivered September 9th @ 2212 and obtained the notice in the home team declaring they never got the check which I owed each one of these costs.

July 10-I visited both practices (160 Clairmont and 300 D. Highland) the home team supplied within the tenant guide. The place at 300 N. Highland was phony and also the 160 Clairmont area was a fall off stage for the lease check. I've all of the claims for that rental-car, towards the tolls that I paid showing that I had been outoftown. I had been delivered a courtroom notice for that home team. I received my lease sign in the email, the notice was post-marked September 2nd.

July 1st dropped on the Saturday. I slipped the check-off the 29th of July. The hand-writing about the cover wasn’t actually mine. You need to do the math…
