Within the month of Might, I Ewa Wielopolski who owns Ellektra Picture 1564556 Ontario Inc. Closed a lease to possess contract with Monex EFT/ABM Providers for 48 weeks (rent# 1356524A) In September I bought the gear from Monex for $195.40. I applied the gear for money purchases.
In July I shut my company. I informed Monex by phone informing them that I no further needed their providers and attempting to shut my account together. I had been directed to shut my order and somebody might contact me back. Shut my order on Aug. 13th 2012. I had been also informed that since I possess the gear, there wouldn't be any extra costs.
In August Monex required $7.94 from my banking account, subsequently June $4.92 and one more $500.00. I telephoned Monex on November 7th and talked to Janice S. She stated she didn't have any report of the $500.00 withdrawal from my bill by Monex. I delivered her a duplicate of my bank record and after viewing the deal she mentioned somebody from Monex will-call me back. Used to do not notice something in the people at Monex and so I named them back departing many communications at Ext. 258.
On November 12th I had been ready to achieve a boss whose name was John. He explained there is a $500.00 fee since I didn't return a termination type. I told him that used to do not get a termination type and wasn't conscious that this type of type existed. I told him that after I shut the consideration within the phone I had been informed that since I possessed the gear the wouldn't be any extra costs. He was really rude in my experience and stated I speak a lot of and he was been trained in college to not keep in touch with people like me so when I questioned him for his surname he simply disconnected.
On November 14th I obtained an earlier cancellation type by email from Monex displaying a $500.00 charge for early termination. The only real contract I closed with Monex was in May to get a 48-month period. I don't have every other contracts with Monex that will guarantee any fee for early termination.
