Southwest Division Our home was delivered in july of this is december and home is still not completed

Ritz-Craft delivered our home in July. This is December and our home is still not completed. I called Ritzcraft and Al stated that his company just supplied the home and the builder is responsable for the rest. Well the builder in a sense works for Ritzcraft because they use them to order and set up the delivery. I am disappointed with Ritz-Craft for not considering our home important and I will never use them again nor will I suggest their company to anyone. As far as the builder goes, She has lied on several ocassions and did not order everything we wanted. She did not stay around and inspect the contractors therefore some of the plans for our home were not right. The builders company name is Innovative Homes out of Joplin MO
