Empire Today bathroom floor request

I went on-line two days ago, requesting a salesman to come to my home to give us an estimate on putting vinyl flooring in our bathroom. It was a very easy process to make the appointment, and I got an acknowledgement back within an hour that they had received my request and would send someone to my home on the day and time that I chose. This was very convenient. On the appointed day, the sales rep called and said she was on her way—in fact she was a little early and asked if that was ok. I assured her it was, and she and another sales rep came to our home. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and even advised us on our original choice of vinyl. They explained that installing vinyl over the current bathroom floor would actually have cost us more than the laminate tile that we ended up with. Part of the reason we had vinyl in mind was because we are retired and on a budget, and thought the vinyl would be cheaper than the laminate. They gave us estimates on both products, and we ended up choosing the laminate. We got next-day installation. The installer called us early in the morning and said he would be there in an hour, and he was. He was very neat in appearance and in his work area while doing the job. He explained ahead of time everything that he was going to do, and set about doing it. When I spoke to him he was very polite and friendly, but otherwise was all business and was finished in good time. When he was done with the job, he explained again what he had done. He even advised me when he was going to start a loud saw and about how long it would last. He was very considerate of us and our pet. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. This is our second room that Empire has done for us, and we are completely satisfied with them.
