Poorly installed Empire vinyl flooring - Vinyl flooring

I had Empire do the vinyl flooring at the house I am renting. The group that installed it did a lousy job. We now have bubbles all through the flooring. These bubbles make this textured looking vinyl flooring look aweful. I refused to continue paying for this flooring and now they have put it on my credit. I am not at all pleased and now have to replace the flooring. I'm out all of the money I paid Empire to do my flooring.
